Booking & Payment Policy

Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your booking and reserve your appointment time.

After booking, clients will receive a confirmation email with scheduling instructions and a short property information form to complete prior to the shoot.

Delivery Process

Professionally edited MLS-ready photos are delivered within 24 hours of shoot completion. Video turnaround times may vary depending on project scope.

You’ll receive your final media gallery by email once editing is complete.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand schedules can change.

Free rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur a 25% rescheduling fee.

If the property is inaccessible at the scheduled shoot time due to missing access information, lockbox issues, denied entry, or no response upon arrival, a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total may apply.

Property Readiness

The property must be clean, staged, and photo-ready at the time of arrival.

If the property is not ready, the shoot may proceed as-is or be rescheduled at our discretion. Rescheduling due to an unprepared property may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Property Access

Clients do not need to be present during the shoot, as long as access to the property is provided.

Access may be arranged via lockbox, hidden key, or other agreed-upon method. By providing access, the client confirms that permission has been granted for Sucala Shots to enter and photograph the property.

Sucala Shots is not responsible for securing the property after the shoot beyond the method of entry provided (e.g., returning key to lockbox, closing doors, etc.).

Weather Conditions

Certain services, including drone photography, are weather-dependent.

If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, the affected portion of the shoot may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Image Usage

All images remain the property of Sucala Shots.

Clients are granted a license to use the images for marketing the property. Images may not be resold, transferred, or used for purposes outside of property marketing without written permission.

Sucala Shots reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Revisions

Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions to ensure the final images meet your expectations.

Privacy

Sucala Shots only collects the information needed to schedule bookings, process payments, and communicate with clients. Client information will never be sold or shared. Payments are securely processed through third-party providers. This website may use basic cookies or analytics through Squarespace. By using this website or booking services, you agree to these policies.
